Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to efficiently perform maintenance across our apartment community. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and manage the maintenance programs for the property.

Responsibilities include appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical tasks, responding to service requests, and performing preventative maintenance. This role offers growth, benefits, and a path to professional development.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience.
• AC Certification Type II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with tasks for the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and timely.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per policy.
• Assist with resident functions and events.
• Participate in the community preservation and PM programs.
