Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support the Homestead Colony apartment community in Homestead, FL. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties, while assisting the Service Manager and maintaining the property’s systems and safety standards.

We’re looking for a reliable, on-time team player with at least one year of apartment maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• AC Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
