Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the Chestnut Ridge community. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties to keep the property in excellent condition and safe for residents.

As part of the maintenance team you will assist the Service Manager, handle service requests promptly, execute preventative maintenance, and participate in the community preservation program.

Qualifications

• Apartment maintenance experience is required.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
