Systems, LLC., an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, seeks a Maintenance Technician for the Germantown, WI site. You will perform facility and equipment upkeep including plumbing, mechanical work, preventive maintenance, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include maintenance on welding robots, hoists, lift tables, cranes, and paint booths; logging downtime and service requests; and applying Lean/5S practices while using forklifts and other equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience or an Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Perform facility and building maintenance including plumbing, mechanical work, scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Learn to perform maintenance on welding robots, fabrication equipment, hoists, lift tables, cranes, and paint booths.
• Follow lock-out/tag-out procedures to ensure safe work practices.
• Assist with dismantling machinery and replacing defective parts.
• Log service work and downtime; manage equipment service requests.
• Apply Lean and 5S functions to maintenance activities.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, hoists, and aerial lifts with required certifications.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines; protect confidentiality of information.

We strive to recruit the best talent in the industry and give employees opportunities for continuing education and training to help them advance in their careers.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform facility and building maintenance including: plumbing, mechanical, scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and preventive and predictive facility maintenanceLearn to perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment such as welding robots, fabrication equipment, hoists, lift tables, cranes, paint booths, etcFollows lock-out and tag-out procedures as needed to ensure safe work practicesAssists with dismantling of machinery and replace defective partsLogs all service work performed, recording downtime during repair and accounting for equipment service requestsPerform Lean and 5S functions related to maintenanceDrive a forklift and maintain necessary certificationOperate cranes, hoists, and aerial liftsComply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.Protect Chamberlain Group’s and Systems’ reputation by keeping information confidential.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as neededMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED1+ years of related experience or an associates degree in Industrial MaintenanceFamiliarity with safety standards and regulationsPreferred Qualifications: Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance. Working knowledge of manufacturing machines, cranes, hoists, forklifts, and other manufacturing equipmentThe pay range for this position is $19.04 - $29.06/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
