Job summary

Systems, LLC., an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, is a U.S.-based manufacturer of loading dock equipment with facilities in Germantown, WI and Malvern, AR. We seek skilled assemblers to perform mechanical/hydraulic assembly, follow drawings, and inspect to meet tight quality standards.

You will use hand and power tools, operate cranes, and maintain logs while adhering to health and safety guidelines. We value continuous learning and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Perform skilled fitting and/or mechanical or hydraulic type assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and related units using hand tools, power tools, or equipment.
• Perform in-depth inspection to ensure the product meets specifications and quality standards.
• Work from drawings and specifications and shop orders.
• Use precision measuring instruments and gauging devices.
• Operate cranes and hoists or lift tables.

Responsibilities

• Identify product defects and report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Keep accurate production records/logs.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should ensure compliance across teams.
• Protect Chamberlain Group’s and Systems’ reputation by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshops and reading professional publications.

Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
