Systems, LLC., an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, is a U.S.-based manufacturer with facilities in Germantown, WI and Malvern, AR. We seek a manufacturing supervisor to lead multiple work cells, mentor up to 30 team members, and drive production KPIs while upholding safety and 5S standards.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree or equivalent, 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing, and strong leadership with Lean/5S, plus proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Associates' degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience or as a team lead in a manufacturing environment.
• Six Sigma or proficient in Lean / 5S.
• Leadership Training and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PPT and able to use an ERP system.

Responsabilités

• Supervise multiple work cells and up to 30 team members; lead with integrity and effective communication at all levels.
• Meet or exceed production goals and KPIs; improve productivity and efficiency through manpower planning, 5S, and issue resolution.
• Ensure teams have materials, tools, equipment, and training for safe, efficient work; train and coach new employees.
• Maintain production tracker boards and ensure ERP tasks are completed by end of shift.
• Ensure safety, 5S compliance, and environmental regulations are followed; handle time-off, attendance, and performance reviews.

In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
