Rogers Behavioral Health seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repair across campus facilities, grounds, and equipment. You will handle preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
Under supervision of the Maintenance Manager, you will respond to work orders, log activities, and participate in on-call, weekend, and holiday rotations to support hospital operations.
The Maintenance Technician, under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, is responsible for the maintenance and repair of buildings throughout the campus, grounds, and equipment. This position also handles preventative maintenance and repairs for a wide range of hospital equipment and utility systems, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, light construction, painting, and grounds keeping.
Significant amount of walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling for both momentary and prolonged periods. Lifting/exerting up to 50 lbs. Close vision and the ability to adjust focus, Routine exposure to heat, cold, loud noise, restricted space, and moving parts, Ability to hear overhead pages, work on ladders, scaffolds and be able to sit, stand and walk for momentary to extended periods of time.
