Job summary

Rogers Memorial Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine facility maintenance across the campus, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and groundskeeping. The role supports safety, regulatory compliance, and timely work-order responses.

The position requires a high school diploma and 4+ years in facility maintenance, with preferred HVAC/plumbing/electrical licenses. Expect on-call, weekend, and holiday rotations, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of four years’ experience in facility maintenance, preventative maintenance, equipment and systems repair.
• Current license in HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical preferred.

Responsibilities

• Routine facility maintenance including plumbing, mechanical, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Conduct safety checks, inspections, and facility walk-throughs.
• Respond to work orders and record completion of work performed.
• Maintain records to regulatory agencies and safety procedures.
• Perform groundskeeping duties and participate in on-call/weekend/holiday rotations.
