Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Las Villas de Leon in San Antonio, TX. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties to maintain the community.

The role supports the Service Manager, handles service requests, preventative maintenance, and participates in the community preservation plan, with opportunities for professional development and benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• AC Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
