Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to maintain and repair hotel facilities, systems, and equipment to ensure a safe and welcoming guest experience.

You will perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and kitchen equipment; conduct preventative maintenance; keep records; and support training for team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and smooth-running hotel facilities and grounds.
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC.
• Perform light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repairs.
• Implement and monitor safety and preventive maintenance programs.
• Keep detailed records and reports of work and inspections.
• Provide training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Collaborate with management to recruit for department needs.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience with courteous service.
