Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel in Denver, CO is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to keep property safe and well-functioning. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, and carpentry tasks while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge and skills across multiple systems including plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC.
• Knowledge of water chemistry, water testing, filtration, and pool/mechanical operations is desirable.
• Experience implementing and monitoring preventative maintenance programs to keep a hotel safe and well maintained.
• Knowledge of building maintenance including minor electrical repair and plumbing; ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery faults.
