Job summary

Drury Hotels Company, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Tech I at Drury Inn & Suites in Orange Village, Ohio. Maintain the property and grounds and support guests with a +1 Service attitude.

You’ll complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, light carpentry, painting, and HVAC, and help develop safe work programs. Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge and skills.
• Capable of training Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Knowledge of water chemistry, water testing, filtration, and mechanical operations.
• Experience developing safety programs and compliance with ergonomic/emergency rules.
• Building maintenance including electrical repair and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and smooth-running property and grounds.
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, light carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems.
• Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Collaborate with management to recruit, interview, and schedule for department needs.
