Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel Santa Fe is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to maintain safe and efficient hotel operations. You will perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and property safety.

The role requires advanced maintenance knowledge, the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery, and collaboration with management to meet department needs. We offer growth opportunities, incentives, and employee benefits in a dynamic hospitality

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge across hotel systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Ability to perform partial/full dismantling of equipment for repair.
• Understand safety rules and regulations for a hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC.
• Conduct light carpentry, painting, drywall repair as needed.
• Provide ongoing training to the Maintenance Tech I team members.
