Job summary

Sancrest Llc in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily upkeep at a multifamily apartment community. You will respond to resident requests and ensure apartments are move-in ready.

You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances, maintain common areas, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with vendors to complete repairs safely and efficiently.

Qualifications
