Job summary

Sancrest Llc is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician for an on-site role supporting affordable and market-rate apartment communities. The position covers repairs and preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and other building components.

Responsibilities include responding to resident service requests, assisting with unit turns, maintaining safe and clean common areas, and collaborating with a resident-focused team to uphold integrity and accountability

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform repairs effectively.
• Strong customer service mindset and respectful communication with residents.
• Working knowledge of safety standards and maintenance best practices.
