Ovation is hiring a Maintenance Technician II for our Las Vegas area properties. The role focuses on HVAC systems, appliance repairs, grounds maintenance, and preparing apartments for new residents.

• Attend all Ovation Property Management maintenance training.
• Working weekends will be required and must have reliable transportation.
• Drug testing required and background check is mandatory.
• Dependable, punctual, proactive, and must work well with others.
• Enthusiastic and with a positive attitude.

We have multiple openings in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin at one of our premiere apartment communities.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician II in our Maintenance Department.

Position Requirements

• One year with a professional apartment management firm or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC.
• Working knowledge of grounds and common areas.
• Appliance repairs, service requests and apartment preparation.

Required Certifications

• Universal HVAC EPA certification.
• CPO (swimming pool) certification within 90 days of employment. Company will pay for testing if not currently certified.
• Driver’s license (preferred).
• HVAC certification.

Schedule

• 8‑hour shift.
• Weekends required, both Saturday and Sunday.

Salary

$21.00 per hour
