Job summary

Ovation, a family-owned real estate company, is hiring a Maintenance Technician I at our Las Vegas apartment community. Maintain appearance, cleanliness of common areas, and assist maintenance staff to keep residents' homes and amenities looking top-notch.

This 8-hour shift includes weekend work (Saturday and Sunday). We offer benefits including health, dental and vision, a 401(k) with employer match, PTO and employee discounts. Background check and drug screening are required.

Position

Maintenance Technician I in the Maintenance Department.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall appearance of the community
• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas and amenities
• Policing the grounds and parking areas
• Perform minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting
• Assist maintenance staff upon request
• Undergo pre‑employment background check and drug testing
• Work weekends; both Saturday and Sunday required

Schedule

• 8‑hour shift
• Weekends required (Saturday and Sunday)

Salary

$18.00/hour
