Ovation, a family‑owned real estate firm, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for a premier Las Vegas community. You will lead maintenance staff, oversee grounds, appliance repairs, and apartment preparation across 300+ units, ensuring safety and quality.

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for one of our premier apartment communities in Las Vegas, where our design, construction, and management teams are committed to delivering a high‑quality lifestyle for residents.

Position Requirements

• Must have at least one year of apartment maintenance supervisor experience at a community of 300+ units.
• Working knowledge of grounds/common‑area maintenance.
• Expertise in appliance repairs, service requests, and apartment preparation.
• Skill in ordering parts and maintaining safe working conditions.
• Strong knowledge of GE appliances and Universal EPA certification.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
• On‑site computer skills are preferred.
• Availability to attend on‑call after‑hour emergencies.
• Attendance at all Ovation Property Management maintenance training sessions.
• Drug testing required and background check mandatory.
• Dependable, punctual, proactive, and a team player.
• Enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership and training skills, with the ability to deal effectively with customers and staff.
• Must live in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area.

Required Certifications

• Universal EPA certification type II.
• HVAC certification.
• CPO (swimming pool) certification within 90 days of employment. The company will pay for testing if you are not currently certified. Existing certification is a plus.

Salary

$55,000 per year.
