Ovation Property Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician II at our Las Vegas-area communities. You will perform apartment maintenance, HVAC-related tasks, and routine repairs to ensure high-quality living environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in apartment management or equivalent.
• Strong HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with grounds and common areas upkeep.
• Appliance repairs, service requests, and apartment preparation.
• On-call emergencies required at least 3 days per week.
• Attend Ovation Property Management maintenance training.
• Weekend work required; reliable transportation essential.
• Drug testing and background check mandatory.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician II in our Maintenance Department.

Position Requirements

• One year with professional apartment management firm or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC
• Working knowledge of grounds/common areas
• Appliance repairs, service requests and apartment preparation
• Able to attend on-call after hour emergencies at least 3 days out of the week.
• Attend all Ovation Property Management maintenance training
• Working weekends will be required/ must have reliable transportation
• Drug Testing required and background check is mandatory
• Dependable, punctual, proactive and must work well with others
• Enthusiastic and with positive attitude

Required Certifications

• Universal HVAC EPA certification
• CPO (swimming pool) certified within 90 days of employment. Company will pay for testing if you are not currently certified.
• Driver's License (Preferred)
• HVAC Certification

Schedule

• 8-hour shift
• Weekends required, both Satuday and Sunday

Salary

$21.00/hour
