Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at our Lancaster, PA facility. This full-time role supports the maintenance team to drive improvements in performance, quality, and safety across the plant.

The position runs 6 PM to 6 AM on a rotating schedule, with overtime opportunities. You will operate processing equipment safely, perform housekeeping per GMP standards, follow work instructions, and promptly report any safety, food safety, or quality issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

About the Role:

The Maintenance Technician II role at the Lancaster location provides support to the Maintenance team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant.

You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Competitive compensation: earn $37.25 per hour, including shift differential. Earn more with opportunities for additional overtime!
• Running food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures.
• Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.
• Being responsible for recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, and or quality issues.

Important Details:

This is a full-time permanent role, which operates 6PM to 6AM, rotating days/weeks. Overtime may be available depending on the needs of the business.

About You:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus!
• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
