Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic AA for our Carrollton, TX facility on the 6:00 am–2:30 pm shift. The role supports our production maintenance operations, ensuring reliable plant performance and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The position requires demonstrated leadership, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, along with strong organizational and communication abilities to coordinate preventive maintenance and upgrades across areas.

About the Role

• Skills recognized by management as essential to the maintenance organization generally supported by training, certificate of continuing education, or other documented evidence of keeping current with technologies related to the rating and wages.
• More than one area of demonstrated expertise

Important Details

This is a full-time permanent role on 1st shift, which operates from 6am to 2:30pm with some Saturdays.

About You

• Adhere to all company policies, plant rules and regulations, and safety rules and regulations as detailed in the Employee Handbook;
• Comply with FDA,OSHA,EPA, and all other regulatory agencies;
• Adhere to good manufacturing practices to prevent product contamination;
• Work overtime as required; and
