Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, a leading private label foods manufacturer, seeks a Maintenance Technician I at our Lancaster, PA facility. This full-time role operates 6PM to 6AM, rotating days.

You will support the Maintenance team by running processing equipment safely, performing housekeeping, and upholding GMP standards to protect food safety and quality. Competitive hourly pay of $33.25 with shift differential, plus overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing a plus.
• Able to follow instructions and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.

About the Role:

The Maintenance Technician I role at the Lancaster location provides support to the Maintenance team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant.

You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Competitive compensation: earn $33.25 per hour, including shift differential. Earn more with opportunities for additional overtime!

• Running food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

• Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures.

• Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.

• Being responsible for recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues.

Important Details:

This is a full-time permanent role, which operates 6PM to 6AM, rotating days/weeks. Overtime may be available depending on the needs of the business.
