Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the Lancaster, PA area to support the maintenance team across a 24-hour operation. You will operate and monitor food processing equipment, adhere to GMPs, and help drive safety and quality performance.

In this role, you must follow work instructions, participate in housekeeping duties, and report any safety or quality issues. Overtime and weekend work may be required; shift is 6PM to 6AM with rotating days.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and documents with effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform facility/work area housekeeping in line with GMPs and company policies.
• Follow work instructions to ensure food safety and quality.

About the Role:

The Maintenance Technician II role at the Lancaster location provides support to the Maintenance team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant.

• Competitive compensation: earn $37.25 per hour, including shift differential. Earn more with opportunities for additional overtime!
• Running food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures.
• Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.
• Being responsible for recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues.

Important Details:

This is a full-time permanent role, which operates 6PM to 6AM, rotating days/weeks. Overtime may be available depending on the needs of the business.
