Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our Cobbletstone of Kissimmee community. The role involves performing appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including on-call shifts. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Responsabilidades

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with tasks required by the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service requests per policy.
• Assist with resident functions and community preservation programs.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
