Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Sawyer Flats. The role focuses on efficient maintenance of the apartment community under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring quality work and timely completion of service requests.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in apartment maintenance, A/C Type II or Universal certification, a valid driver’s license, and are willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call shifts.

Formación

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and be on‑call.

Responsabilidades

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
