Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at Soldier's Ridge. The role involves performing appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical tasks and supporting the Service Manager with daily community maintenance needs.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and an A/C certification Type II or Universal. Competitive pay and benefits are offered, with on-call flexibility expected.

• Willing to work a flexible schedule and be on-call.

Responsabilités

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency calls per company policy and assist with resident functions.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
