Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform a variety of maintenance tasks at the Rocky Creek apartment community. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor and drives efficient upkeep of the property to ensure resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, be punctual and dependable, and be willing to work a flexible schedule including on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
