Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to efficiently perform maintenance across an apartment community in Salem Fields. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and contribute to the overall maintenance program of the property.

Responsibilities include completing repair tasks, preventive maintenance, and assisting with emergency calls. A-year experience in apartment maintenance and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Experience in apartment maintenance is required.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with tasks as required by community needs.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and timely.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per policy.
• Assist with resident functions and events.
• Participate in the community preservation and preventive maintenance programs.

Compensation: $24.00 to $31.15 per hour
