Job summary

Drury Hotels in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to keep our property safe and well-maintained. You will perform repairs, conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and assist with carpentry and painting.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge across building systems and facilities.
• Ability to dismantle and repair equipment and restore functionality.
• Knowledge of water chemistry and pool maintenance.
• Capacity to read and follow technical instructions in English.
• Experience implementing preventative maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and well-running hotel property and grounds.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC.
• Do light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repairs.
• Implement and monitor safety programs and regulations.
