Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Ability to train Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Experience with water chemistry, testing, and filtration.
• Fluency in English; able to follow written and verbal directions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and smooth-running property and grounds.
• Perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, light carpentry, painting and HVAC.
• Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs and compliance with regulations.
• Keep detailed records and reports.
• Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Collaborate with management to recruit, interview, and schedule for department needs.
