Job summary

Drury Inn & Suites Louisville seeks a Maintenance Technician II to maintain a safe, efficient hotel environment and guest experience. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC, with light carpentry and painting as needed.

You will implement preventative maintenance, keep detailed records, and support management with staffing. A can-do attitude and clear English communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge across multiple hotel systems.
• Ability to dismantle equipment for repair or replacement.
• Experience with pool water chemistry and filtration.
