Job summary

Drury Inn & Suites in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to ensure the upkeep of the hotel property and grounds. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, light carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems, while developing safe work programs and maintaining records.

You will train other team members, support management with scheduling, and strive to provide an exceptional guest experience with a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge across hotel systems.
• Ability to train Maintenance Tech I staff.
• Knowledge of water treatment and filtration.
• Experience with building maintenance and minor repairs.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
