Drury Inn & Suites Lafayette is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to keep the property safe and well‑run. You’ll perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC, plus light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall tasks.

We value proactive maintenance, training, and guest‑centric service. You’ll help implement safety programs, document work, support recruiting, and collaborate with management.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge across hotel systems and equipment.
• Ability to perform partial/full dismantling of equipment and restore functionality.
• Electrical and plumbing repairs; HVAC and refrigeration knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.
• Complete light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repairs.
• Maintain records and reports of maintenance work.
• Provide training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
