Job summary

Maple Donuts, LLC is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support our fast-paced manufacturing operation. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and keep production running smoothly on the floor.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in industrial maintenance with strong mechanical and electrical skills and a collaborative approach to working with production and quality teams. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to line-down calls and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, motors, pumps, and production machinery.
• Diagnose PLC issues (limited programming required).
• Work collaboratively with production and quality teams.
• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.

$22.00 – $30.00 per hour | Full-Time | Immediate Openings

We are expanding our maintenance team and are looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians to support our fast-paced manufacturing operation. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical problems, and keeping production running, this is a strong long-term opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to line-down calls and troubleshoot production equipment
• Repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, motors, pumps, and production machinery
• Diagnose PLC issues (limited programming required)
• Work collaboratively with production and quality teams
• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG, or stick) is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay and Benefits

• $22.00 – $30.00 per hour based on experience

Onsite position

• Approximately 80 percent of time spent on the production floor
• Company-issued shirt with casual work attire
