Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a maintenance technician for a Sunday-Thursday 2:00pm-10:30pm swing shift in Sumner, WA. You will perform preventative maintenance, handle mechanical and electrical repairs, and assist with building installations and lighting repairs.

Responsibilities include maintaining records of activities, using hand and power tools (including a forklift), and communicating with the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment to meet required regulations and scheduling.
• Perform building related installation and maintenance, including furniture assembly, data/ power installations, and lighting repair.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas.
• Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks, including a forklift and other heavy equipment.
• Communicate daily with Maintenance Supervisor and team with respect to repairs, faulty operations, defective materials, or parts and incident reports when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned
