Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Sumner, WA for a Sunday-Thursday swing shift (2:00pm-10:30pm). The role involves preventive maintenance, electrical/mechanical repairs, and building installations to support our Reyes Family of Businesses.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related experience; electrical or vocational certification is a plus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement, and screenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years related experience.
• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment.
• Building related installation and maintenance, including furniture assembly, data/power installations, and lighting repair.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas.
• Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks, including a forklift and other heavy equipment.
• Communicate daily with Maintenance Supervisor and team regarding repairs, faulty operations, defective materials, or parts and incident reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
