Job summary

HyAxiom, a Doosan Group hydrogen solutions provider, seeks a Maintenance Technician I to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures on automated manufacturing equipment. Read schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and use a multimeter, prioritizing work orders with the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to keep production up and running.

The role involves maintaining robotics, conveyors, and control-driven equipment, calibrating and repairing Fanuc and ABB robots, and supporting safety

Qualifications

• Completed a certification program in industrial maintenance at a junior college or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong electrical and hydraulic experience; pneumatic experience is a plus.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Electrical certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, repair and setup of robotics, conveyor systems, and control driven equipment.
• Repair, program, and troubleshoot control systems on plant equipment.
• Calibrate, repair, program and troubleshoot robotic systems (Fanuc and ABB).
• Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and maintenance to get machines up and running to capacity.
• Communicate with supervisors and managers to inform of situations that may impact production.
• Coordinate with contractors for maintenance issues requiring outside expertise.
• Compile records of equipment and machinery information to use as maintenance resources.
• Assist in maintaining an inventory of spare parts for all machines to minimize downtime.
• Assist with preventive and predictive maintenance on the facilities CNC and production machinery when necessary.
• Move and install plant and building equipment, layout and make necessary pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic line connections.
• Design and program control circuits for PLC controlled equipment.
