Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. seeks a Maintenance - Level I in Yuma, AZ to perform a wide range of upkeep tasks across community properties. You’ll handle light repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping and janitorial work to meet high standards of maintenance.

You must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and be willing to be on call for emergencies after hours. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenity spaces and keep them in good working order.
• Perform light appliance repairs, plumbing and carpentry as needed.
• Paint, maintain grounds, and keep the property clean and safe.
• Attend morning staff meetings and coordinate with management.
• Communicate with maintenance staff and vendors on projects.
• Move heavy objects as required and operate maintenance trucks.
• Monitor inventory and stock of supplies; perform other duties as assigned.
