Equity LifeStyle Properties in Santa Barbara, California is seeking a Maintenance - Level I to join our on-site team. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, and janitorial duties to keep our community safe, clean, and attractive.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license, is able to lift up to 50 pounds, and can be on-call for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenity spaces and grounds to meet quality standards.
• Perform minor repairs including light appliance, plumbing, carpentry, painting.
• Move heavy objects and operate maintenance trucks as needed.
• Attend daily staff meetings and coordinate with management.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform repairs.
• Monitor inventory and supplies.
• Collaborate with team on special maintenance projects.

Skills
