Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Mesa, Arizona, is seeking a Maintenance - Level I to perform a variety of technical tasks, including HVAC repairs, plumbing, carpentry, irrigation, groundskeeping and more. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep communities well maintained and safe.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of direct maintenance experience in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, irrigation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and common areas, keep them free of trash.
• Perform HVAC repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform repairs.
• Move heavy objects and drive maintenance trucks as required.
• Assist with irrigation system repairs and other duties.
