Job summary

Equity Lifestyle Properties in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Maintenance - Level I on a part-time basis. The role requires performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, irrigation repairs, and groundskeeping, in collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor.

The successful candidate will lift up to 50 pounds, have a valid driver's license with good driving record, and be willing to respond to emergencies after hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of direct technical work experience (irrigation, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties including HVAC repairs, plumbing, carpentry, irrigation, appliance repair and groundskeeping.
• Work with Maintenance Supervisor to meet community maintenance standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and appeal of property; report maintenance concerns and perform repairs.
• Move heavy objects and operate maintenance trucks as needed; monitor inventory and supplies.
• Coordinate with management and staff on special maintenance projects.
