Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties (ELS) is seeking a Maintenance - Level I in Cottonwood, Arizona. The role focuses on light appliance repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping to uphold quality maintenance standards across the community.

You will work with a team, maintain amenity spaces, assist with safety and cleanliness, and coordinate with management on vendor appointments. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and willingness to be on call is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record and current auto insurance are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment."
• Willingness to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, janitorial and more.
• Work as a team to meet quality maintenance standards.
• Ensure amenity spaces are well maintained and functioning properly.
• Maintain grounds and keep area clean from trash and debris.
• Collaborate with management to keep the property clean, safe, and appealing.
• Attend morning staff meetings to relay vendor appointments and tasks.
• Communicate with other staff on special maintenance projects.
• Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs.
• Move heavy objects and operate maintenance trucks as needed.
• Monitor maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
