Job summary

Action Property Management, a premier HOA management firm, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for the Perla on Broadway team in Los Angeles. Compensation ranges from $27.00 to $30.00 per hour with a Tuesday–Saturday 8:00 am–4:30 pm schedule.

The role covers routine maintenance, preventive tasks, and pool upkeep within a large, service-oriented organization. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of maintenance experience (hospitality/property management preferred), pass background/drug

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management.
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Hands-on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, painting, minor plumbing, and landscaping.
Assist in preventive maintenance such as filter changes, lubrication, and inspections.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests under supervision of a senior technician.
Collaborate with maintenance team to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory.
Assist in pool and spa upkeep and related chemical treatments.
