Action Property Management, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our roving team in Los Angeles. The role requires performing upkeep and repairs in common areas, patching and painting, basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and drywall tasks, and responding to emergencies with training provided.

A background check and DMV clearance are required. We offer competitive hourly pay ($31.00–$34.00), Monday–Friday schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check and drug screening.
• Hands-on experience or coursework in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting and Drywall is highly desired.
• Valid California Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair common areas within the Association under supervision.
• Patch, paint, wallpaper repair and cleaning of engineering spaces.
• Respond to emergencies (floods, fires, power outages, earthquakes) with training provided.
• Potential advancement to a full-time Building Engineer role.
