Job summary

The Mennel Milling Company seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to sustain equipment reliability in our flour milling facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair mechanical and electrical systems to support safe, efficient production.

Responsibilities include documenting repairs with CAD, maintaining a clean work area, and collaborating with the maintenance team to improve plant reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a 2-year technical degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in flour milling, food processing, or related manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve plant equipment reliability and capacity.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical or electrical problems efficiently.
• Operate and maintain facility tools and machinery per safety guidelines.
• Prepare and document repairs and modifications using CAD software.
