Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Maintenance Tech I to join our team. You will perform repairs, maintenance, installation and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, systems, and components in a Monday–Friday work week with occasional night and weekend overtime.

On-the-job training is provided to help you grow with the company. You will use hand/power tools, read blueprints and schematics, and follow engineering specifications.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Two-year technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate hand/power tools to maintain equipment.
Inspect boilers, machinery and safety systems.
Troubleshoot equipment using testing devices.
Record and analyze utility meter readings.
Follow blueprints, manuals, and specs.
