UniFirst is seeking a reliable Maintenance Tech I to join our team. You will handle repairs, maintenance, installation and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, systems and components.

The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with periodic night and weekend overtime, and offers on-the-job training. You will work in the Maintenance Department, performing checks, using tools, reading blueprints, and recording results in logs and CMMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prefer two-year technical degree in a related field.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Experience with industrial maintenance preferred (6 months minimum).
• Must be able to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsabilités

• Operate and troubleshoot industrial equipment, systems and components.
• Perform repairs, installation and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure safe operation of machinery.
• Follow manuals, schematics and engineering specs.
• Maintain records using CMMS and logbooks.
