Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Cypress Lake at Stonebriar Apartments in Frisco, TX. This on-site role involves responding to service requests, performing repairs, and keeping units and common areas well-maintained to ensure resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work both independently and with the onsite team.

Qualifications

• Prior apartment maintenance experience is valuable.
• Hands-on experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other systems.
• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance across the community.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and ensure move-in readiness.
• Inspect apartments, common areas, and systems for maintenance needs.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas; interact professionally with residents.
