Job summary

BARRETT & STOKELY INC is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician at Vanguard at 16 Tech in Indianapolis, IN. The role will involve preventative maintenance activities and responding to customer repair requests promptly and effectively.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. and their own tools for building maintenance. Exceptional customer service skills are essential along with the ability to work an on-call rotation. Starting pay is $19 per hour with various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
• Willing to work on an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventative maintenance activities as instructed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service in fixing maintenance support requests.
• Assist in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and other maintenance tasks.
