Barrett & Stokely is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Riley Towers in Indianapolis, IN. You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor with scheduling preventive tasks and handle customer repair requests to keep property in top condition.

Responsibilities include completing work orders for drywall, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, plus on-call duties for emergencies. Experience, EPA cert, and tools are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years in maintenance or related field.
• EPA certification required.
• Own basic repair tools.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Must pass a background check and be willing to on-call.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with scheduling preventive maintenance.
• Provide timely, responsive customer service for maintenance requests.
• Complete maintenance work orders (drywall, plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
• Ensure apartments are ready within 5 business days of vacancy.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and appliances.
